We know how important it is to receive your goods when you expect them, so we want to make sure you have all the delivery information you'll need when placing an order with us.
We offer Standard, Express and Next Day delivery services to most European countries.
After you've entered your delivery address, you'll be able to see the delivery services available to your delivery address.
Immediately after your order, a shipping confirmation via email is sent to you with a tracking link to track the status of your order.
If you’ve placed multiple orders on the same day using the same delivery method, your orders may be shipped together. If the tracking link in your shipping confirmation received via email are the same, your orders have been sent with one of our delivery partners and will be arriving at the same time. You’ll be refunded for any additional delivery charges paid for if we have combined your orders.
CUSTOMS/ IMPORT DUTIES
Customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its country of destination. You may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel (this also applies to retail & wholesale customers).
The Goodlandhair has no control over these charges, and unfortunately we are unable to tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We advise customers to contact their local customs office for current charges before placing an order to prevent any surprises of unexpected charges.
To ensure the package is delivered to the right person/ address, we require a signature upon arrival of packaging at the door. Failure to sign for the delivery would result in the package being sent back to your local postal depot for collection.
It is the duty of the customers to ensure their contact details and shipping address are correct at the placement of their order.
Please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have mistakenly entered an incorrect contact details and/or shipping address on our website, so we can rectify this timely.
We do not offer refunds for goods that are sent to incorrect addresses. Once product is returned to us, we can offer to re-send it to the correct address once customer has paid for new postage.
Due to hygiene purposes, all wig units, bundles, frontals and closures are non-refundable. Refunds and exchanges are NOT offered on any product as all of our products are final sale.
Measurements must be taken accurately. Please note, we are not responsible for inaccurate measurements.
